5 Tips to Stay Focused - if you struggle with staying focused, try one of these five tips to bring more balance and fun back into your life today!
1.) Focus on your skin care:
If you have a good skin care routine, stick to it. If you don't (and you know who you are), this is a good time to change that. If you don't want to leave home, you can have a virtual consult and we can ship any needed produucts to you.
2.) Eat foods rich in antioxidants and B vitamins.
This is the time to eat those leafy greens and berries which are in season and so rich in antioxidants.
3.) Stay hydrated!
There is nothing like lots of pure water to help your body and your skin stay hydrated, clear, and fresh from the inside out.
4.) Focus on something you have always wanted to do but never had time for.
Since we can't go to the movie theater along with some other places, we can use that time to take up a hobby, increase our exercise regimen, try some new recipes, etc
5.) Stay in touch with your people!
Send out personal notes, use zoom or facetime and nurture those relationships until you can resume closer personal time.
